Welcome to Auction Masterclass. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Auction Masterclass is operated by Abundance Cafe Pty Ltd (trading as Auction Masterclass), an Australian-based online education platform providing courses and resources on property auction strategies.

2. Course Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased course materials via your student account. Access is granted to you personally and is non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials or distribute course materials to third parties.

3. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, workbooks, templates, and materials on Auction Masterclass are the intellectual property of Abundance Cafe Pty Ltd and are protected by Australian copyright law. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Auction Masterclass does not store your payment card details.

5. Subscription Terms

Some courses are offered on a subscription basis. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled by the customer before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• reproduce, redistribute, sell, or sublicense any course content;
• use the platform for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to reverse engineer or copy any aspect of the platform; or
• engage in conduct that disrupts other users.

7. Disclaimer

Course content is provided for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. Auction Masterclass does not guarantee specific results. Individual outcomes will vary based on personal circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Auction Masterclass’s liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the platform or course materials is limited to the amount paid for the relevant course.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Our courses come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Australia.
