Refund Policy

At Auction Masterclass (operated by Abundance Cafe Pty Ltd), we stand behind the quality of our courses and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our obligations under Australian Consumer Law.

1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our courses come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement if the product has a major failure. You are also entitled to have the product remedied if it does not meet our guarantees and the failure is not a major failure.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all single-payment course purchases. If you are not satisfied with your course for any reason within 30 days of purchase, you may request a full refund. To be eligible:

• Your request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date
• Email us at team@auctionmasterclass.com with your order details and reason for the refund request

3. Subscription Refunds

For subscription-based courses:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
• Partial refunds for unused subscription periods are not generally provided, except where required by Australian Consumer Law
• If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for a refund (unless required by law):

• Requests made after 30 days from the purchase date
• Digital downloads or workbooks that have been accessed and downloaded
• Courses purchased at a promotional or discounted price (unless the course has a major failure)

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

• Email team@auctionmasterclass.com with the subject line “Refund Request”
• Include your full name, email address used for purchase, and order number
• Briefly describe the reason for your request

We will process eligible refund requests within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

6. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
